Helping Students Find, Trust, and Follow Jesus.
Devoted City Youth is a place for middle & high school students to grow in their faith, learn how to read the Bible, and how to share Jesus with others.
Spring Break Missions
Northern Ireland | March 28-April 4, 2026
This spring we’re returning to Northern Ireland to serve with our friends at RIOT (Revivial in our Town), a local non profit in Dundrum, Northern Ireland providing opportunities for students to hear the Gospel. This trip is hosted by CIY Engage, and open to all current 9th-12th graders.
Registration is open! Sign up by December 1, spots are limited.
Need help fundraising? We’ll provide a few recommended ways to fundraise for your trip. Engage will create a page for you that you can send to family & friends as you fundraise.

Born and raised in Raleigh, I grew up through the different ministries at Devoted City. I met my wife, Molly, during the first week my family attended Devoted City when I was 7 years old. I attended UNCW, and after Molly and I got married in 2019 we came back to Raleigh where I started running outdoor recreation programs for the City of Raleigh. My passion is to help students get excited about the Bible and to create experiences that build meaningful community. I also love learning new things, Taco Bell Fire Sauce, breakfast food, fermenting things, climbing trees, baking bread, and getting to spend quality time with people.

I’m originally from Wake Forest and can’t remember my first time at Devoted City—mainly because I was two years old! I loved growing up here, being baptized in high school, and later interning during my junior and senior years.
I studied Mathematics Education at Appalachian State, where I met my husband; we bonded over Jesus and calculus. After getting married, we moved back to the Raleigh area and began working as high school math teachers. My passion for students has ultimately led me back to where my faith began: Devoted City Youth. I care deeply about discipling students alongside their families and helping them experience the joy of life with Jesus. I like to say I’m a professional high schooler! I love trying new things, being outdoors, making poorly timed jokes, and all things mascots.
