Hurricane Relief: Western NC

SERVE IN WESTERN NC
Trips are led by volunteers. All communication will be with the trip leader. Devoted City will provide funding if available.
Upcoming Trips:
We’re traveling to WNC to do home repair work and donation distribution work with Blessing Barn. All trips will leave Thursday afternoon and return Saturday evening.

Details:
- The trip will cost $65 to cover food, lodging, and equipment costs. We have scholarships available if this is keeping you from being able to serve.
- We are staying at a local church building, please bring your own bedding including an air mattress/cot. A shower is available – don’t forget your toiletries/a towel.
- No open toed shoes, plan to wear long pants & gloves (We are in the Swannanoa area, check weather before the trip).
- Tools will be provided but if you have a hammer, tape, impact driver, etc. feel free to bring with you – mark your tools well!
- Fill out the trip interest form to get in contact with our trip leader, Bob Bitner.

Cars! We’re working with an organization to donate cars to those who need them after the hurricane. If you have a vehicle you’d like to donate, let us know here.
